3-Quick Steps To Become A Preceptor

  1. Complete the 含羞草传媒 PA Program Preceptor Application (hardcopy attached or electronic versions available at:
    • Upload required documents (CV, Medical License, Board Certification)
  1. Complete the 含羞草传媒 PA Program Letter of Intent
    • Provide your annual availability for student placements.

    3. Read, sign, and return the 含羞草传媒 of Medicine Affiliation Agreement (if applicable)
